 Normal UK delivery time is 5 - 7 working days. 

 Normal European delivery time is 7 - 10 working days. 

 All current orders in this catalogue are subject to a delivery charge unless stated otherwise.

 How to Order
Please note that in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.We have three methods for you to place your order: Telephone, mail, and Internet.

 All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped. This includes any item that is put on backorder for you because it is out of stock.
Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order.If you do not wish for payment to be taken for backorder items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfill your order.

 Telephone Orders
Telephone orders can be placed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 2.00pm.

 Mail Orders
If ordering by post or fax you must provide all relevant information (i.e. product code and description, name and address, postcode and contact telephone numbers). Please allow a minimum of 3 working days for clearance of personal cheques on top of normal delivery time.

 Internet
Log onto www.UKFunshop.com and follow the online instructions. It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date. Specific delivery date requests may be subject to a small extra charge – please ask a member of our team for a quote at the time of order. If a specific date has been requested by yourself and no-one is there to sign for the consignment then you will be charged for any re-deliveries.

 Order Cancellation/ Refused Deliveries
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for return freight charges incurred by UKFunshop.com. Freight charges will be deducted from your refund.

 If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for the return freight charges incurred by your refusal. Deliveries refused because of transit damage must be reported to UKFunshop.com. All products sold by UKFunshop.com are supplied with a warranty cover to ensure that in the event of your item being faulty, repair/replacement can be quickly arranged.

 UKFunshop.com must be notified of any faults found upon receipt of goods and must be notified about any intentions to return goods to us within the 7 day money back period. The goods will be inspected on arrival at our store; any damage found not reported to UKFunshop.com will be subject to a charge to yourself which will be deducted from your refund.

 All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received.

Please note that unless the carrier/supplier offers a delivery booking in service your order will arrive without prior notification.

 If you have alternative delivery requirements, please contact UKFunshop.com. Be sure to include one or two phone numbers in case the carrier needs to notify you to arrange delivery.

 If when the carrier arrives with your goods after pre-arrangement and there is no-one present to receive them, they will be returned to the carrier’s depot, or to the supplier. Re-delivery will be attempted without charge however after a short holding period the carrier will return the goods to our store. If re-delivery is then required you will be charged for re-delivery from our store to your address. Please note, if the order is subsequently cancelled, you will be liable for all carriage charges.

 Shortages or Damages
You must keep all packaging. Under the terms of sale, you will be required to re-pack any items in the original packaging for return. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier’s delivery note, you must note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Questions regarding shortages and damages should be made to us direct on 07717 837 489.

 Collections/Faulty Products
In the event of an item being received that develops a fault you will be required to contact either the manufacturer or supplier direct for any service issues or faults with your product. Should you wish UKFunshop.com to arrange collection within the 7 day money back period we shall inform you of the amount to be deducted from your refund which will be issued only when the goods have been received back at our store and checked.
Items must be packed in the original packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect. Once the items are received back at UKFunshop.com, we will inspect the product(s), cross referencing the faults reported by you as reason for return. Please note that if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you.

 Exchanges or Returns
You must keep all packaging.You will be required to re-pack any items in the original packaging for return to UKFunshop.com. We cannot accept any items for return that are not in their original packaging unless faulty. Our exchange and return policy is simple. If within your 7 day home approval you wish to return or exchange an item, then call: 07717 837 489, 9am to 6.00pm Monday through to Friday, to authorise a return.

 All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid unused and must arrive in like new condition in the original boxes, you must contact UKFunshop.com within 7 Days from the day you receive your shipment in order to receive return authorisation. You will be charged for items received back that when inspected have been found to have been used.
